IEDIT will advise clients of laws regarding plagiarism and copyright if this is deemed to be necessary and work will not proceed.
IEDIT is not responsible or liable in relation to the use of any information contained in client documents including misleading or defamatory statements or the infringement of third party copyright.
Ownership And Copyright Of Website Content
All material on this site is protected by international copyright and trademark law and may not be reproduced.
Payment
An account will be sent to a client upon request with the quotation, which will be the full amount. A 50% deposit is then required before work will proceed with full contact details; a physical address and one other address and two telephone numbers.
No completed work will be returned without full payment and failure to meet with this requirement will result in action to retrieve arrears.
Service Quality And Standards
IEDIT strives to provide a professional and high quality editing service. In the event of errors in an edited document, IEDIT will make every effort to correct any outstanding issues. Clients are requested to contact IEDIT at once if any errors are discovered in the completed document. Responsibility lies with the client for reviewing the edited document.
Accuracy Of Client Information
The client assumes responsibility for problems, errors, legal liability and issues regarding the providing of false information with respect to name, addresses, payment details, telephone numbers and email addresses.
Refusal Or Denial Of Service
IEDIT reserves the right to refuse or deny service to any client without explanation and for any reason.
Financial Fraud
IEDIT is not liable for the fraudulent use of any payment method that may be used to purchase its services.
Termination Of Service And Contractual Obligations
IEDIT reserves the right to terminate services in the event of a violation of any of the terms and conditions contained in this document.
The client assumes all responsibility for any errors, issues and legal liability resulting from an incorrect statement of work.
Modification Of Terms And Conditions
IEDIT reserves the right to change, amend, reorganize, modify or rewrite any terms and conditions contained herein for any reason and without notice. |
